I know of a APBT being used to assist a deaf woman. I helped with some basic obedience a few summers ago and the dog made me nervous because her tempeament was not ideal. Especially not for this type of work. The dog was suspicious (sp?) of people and aggressive towards dogs. This dog was obviously not "certified" in any fashion but because of the womans handicap she took the dog EVERYWHERE and was never questioned.

Hallo!
I just have to tell about a Staffordshire Bullterrier (mostly, it was some other dog involved in the dog), who was shown in Swedish television yesterday. The dog was a guardian for his leader when she get epelepsi-attacks. It was very nice to watch. The dog lived in London.
